I enjoyed doing this assignment, all 3 of the websites were easy to use. We really don't use rubrics for grading in Kindergarten though, but the RubiStar website was very user friendly. I really liked the quiz maker at BigBus, I definately will use that again. I made a list of extra help websites for parents to use with their children at TrackStar. I am really excited to be learning about all of these programs, there are so many resources available to help teachers! Even with the trouble I encountered with bigbus, I felt the sites were fairly user fiendly also. How will you let the parents know about the tracks you created? I did not get that part. I like learning about all of the resources available to teachers too.
ReplyDeleteI liked working with the test maker in bigbus too. I found it really easy to use. I also really enjoyed working with trackstar. I actually used it for another class. I agree that rubrics are not used much in lower grades but if I ever need one, I know where to go!
